Vegan Passions

I believe very strongly in the concept of karma. I am seeking someone who shares the same overall values, and moral and spiritual outlook that I do. Ethical vegetarianism/veganism is a must. I would describe myself as moderate in a political sense, although I’m not generally a politically-oriented individual overall. Suffice to say that in some respects, I’m conservative, and in others, I’m more liberal-minded. I believe in living a lifestyle that is as close to nature as possible, and I believe in practicing the concept of self-sufficiency and adherence to the physical, spiritual, moral, and ethical laws of karmic nature. My spiritual outlook in life is of a more Eastern (Buddhist/Ancient Hindu (Vedic)/Jainist/Taoist) and Ancient Gnostic Christian orientation and influence. All of the aforementioned spiritual belief systems and practices have helped to shape my own personal spiritual belief system and practice at this point in my life.

I am a vegan for moral, spiritual, ethical, and health reasons and I am seeking the same. As far as musical tastes and preferences go, I am generally into sounds that connect and strike a deep visceral chord within me. For the most part, non-mainstream, indie-type music tends to draw me in much more so than sterile, commercialized, washed out pop. Often, it depends on the individual song and the particular mood that I’m in at the time. Oftentimes, I find myself in the mood for something soft, relaxing, and soothing. On other (more rare) occasions, I find myself tempted to listen to something more extreme, intense, and hardcore. The musical genres that I listen to, on occasion, include shoegaze, indie, alternative, classical, instrumental bluegrass, fast virtuosic flamenco, experimental, old school industrial, and old school straight-edge punk and hardcore, among some other interesting genres.

As far as movies, film, and video go, I tend to prefer documentaries, independent film, instructional video, reality-based personal home videos courtesy of YouTube, and online educational lectures and video as opposed to television sitcoms, commercial Hollywood-type films, and mainstream media news outlets and programming.

Some additional information about me: I am also what is known as an intactivist. I believe that routine neonatal infant male circumcision is a crime against nature and humanity. Except in the most extreme medical circumstances, male circumcision, in general, whether conducted in infancy or at a later stage in life, is an unnecessary and barbaric practice of sexual mutilation that can have a permanent, largely irreversible negative effect on an individual’s natural sexual functioning throughout his life. This can have a very negative, detrimental effect on the physical aspects of the individual’s future relationships which, in turn, can have major negative spillover effects on other important, non-physical aspects of those relationships.

I am seeking someone with whom I can share a deep connection on every level possible. I do realize that such a relationship takes time to develop and to evolve, sometimes even years, and I’m a very patient individual in that respect.

As a heterosexual Southeast Asian female of Malay descent, I should mention that I have a personal preference for individuals of either Caucasian (European as well as Near Eastern), Asian (either East or Southeast Asian (Oriental), or South Asian (Desi)), or Hispanic descent … or any combination thereof, ideally between the ages of 31 and 56.

I would like to get involved in a deep, intimate, life-long relationship with someone who is spiritually-aware, who is loving; kind; peaceful; non-violent; non-argumentative; considerate; passionate; honest (not just selectively-honest), yet tactful; loyal; deep; sensitive; sensual; affectionate; is a vegan for moral, health, and ethical reasons; does not consume alcohol, and doesn’t smoke or engage in drug use of any kind; has knowledge of and an appreciation for Eastern-based spiritual beliefs and practices as well as for Ancient Gnostic (original, vegetarian, non-dogmatic based) Christian spirituality; and someone with whom I can share a deep sense of maturing love, mutual spiritual growth, personal development, and deep fulfillment on every level possible as our relationship progresses over time. I am seeking a long-term relationship with the possibility of the relationship leading to marriage at some point of time in the future. Ideally, this will be a relationship that will develop into something incredibly profound that will last a lifetime. In short, I am in search of my soulmate, complementary spiritual twin, and life partner.
