For me being a vegan is more than a diet, it's a way of life.
It take into consideration respect for all animal life. By being vegan, I am not participating in all the incredible misery animals are put through.
The more I read about dairy, the more I realize that humans are not meant to consume dairy products from animals. It's definitely best to avoid all dairy.
