LIBRARIAN SEEKS FRIENDSHIP AND COMMUNITY

Hey! I'm Steve: librarian, peace activist, traveler and student of life. I have just returned to the Indianapolis area after a year in Tampa and 4 months traveling in Southeast Asia. I am not sure where I will ultimately end up (who does?) - Oregon or Washington State would be ideal - but I am always open to meeting new people. A romantic connection would be nice but it's not expected. I read a lot, enjoy music to ridiculous ends, attend lots of shows and enjoy good films, visiting art galleries and museums, trying new restaurants, cooking grand meals at home, and generally just love to learn and try my best to remain open to truth and experience. I'm looking for a woman who sees and listens with her heart. A compassionate, tender soul who can talk and walk with all kinds of people, who has a creative, emotional intelligence, as well as a philosophical, analytical mind, who is not afraid of intimacy, seeks deep and meaningful connections, loves the simple things. Someone who can understand my quietness. Hopefully you will have progressive social and political views, an activist orientation, but you still strive to remain flexible, open and non-dogmatic. An interest in nature and healthy living would also be nice. We can find something authentic, non-commercial and fun to do together on our first date. Whether it's in the big city or in nature, we are sure to have a good time.
