Happiness comes from spiritual wealth and health, born of Truth, Love and Trust. As we bring happiness to others, it flows to us also. To get joy, we must give it, and to keep joy, we must scatter it === What we do not have amounts to much more. Joy cannot exist alone, it requires us to share it by serving each other and all. "Be the change in the world you want to be", as Ghandi said, is what I live by ==. I am considered "refreshing", taking extraordinary care of myself naturally, fit, strong in character, confidence and integrity, adventurous, sensual, spiritually evolved, inspiring, intelligent, clear-headed, an easy going, open-hearted kinda guy. I'm ageless in mentality, look 10-20 years younger with my healthy raw vegan lifestyle. Passions of mine include being an inventor, creative rawfood health chef and coach to people in all walks of life. I'm also blessed with a Costa Rican mt. farm abundant w/ waterfalls that I homestead & live simply almost year round. I love hiking, camping, waterfalls, beaches, snorkeling, cycling, organic farming and travel. Other passions: nature photography, yoga, pilates, exploring mysteries of the universe, natural home design, & dance with you like there's no one watching.
