Seeking a vegan babe in San Diego
I've been in San Diego for eight years and love it. I live in Escondido and work near Carmel Valley as a user interface designer for a large software company. I have two great kids, a five-year old girl and a three-year old boy, who live with me part of the time. I've been vegan for almost a year now. Before that I was a pescatarian for 5 years. Then I saw the documentary Earthlings and it turned my stomach so badly I was instantly done with anything that uses animals for food, clothing, or product testing. I cook most of my own food as a result, and it has been a nice surprise to discover I'm a pretty good cook. The book The Pretty Darn Quick Vegetarian Cookbook has lots of vegan recipes and is probably the one I use the most. I'm trying to learn about composting and gardening so I can start growing my own food. In my spare time I watch movies and read books. My tastes are pretty wide-ranging; some movies and TV shows I've seen this past year year that I liked a lot are The Lives of Others, Milk, Dexter, Little Miss Sunshine, 3:10 to Yuma, Michael Clayton, Mad Men, and Zodiac. I exercise 4-5 times a week either with my weights at home or at my company's gym. I like to take weekend trips around SoCal since there's so much to do that's close. I'm hoping to find someone who has a lot of passion for life, loves to laugh, and doesn't take themselves or others too seriously. Emotional stability is really important
