Eros and Agape

I'm a mildly Wasp-y east coast transplant interested in books, culture and conversation. I teach philosophy at one of the local universities. I'm presently finishing a dissertation on a priori justification. I have a very positive, optimistic attitude about who I am, my goals, my abilities, and my prospects in life. I don't dwell on the negative and take a relaxed, realistic, stoic attitude towards most of what the world throws at me. I've led a rather interesting life and I'm a bit of a raconteur... so... once you get me started I'll tell you more stories than you'd care to hear. My primary avocation is skateboarding. I'm also a pretty big baseball fan, though I have only a cursory interest in other sports. Though I am self-confident and good looking enough to "meet women", as it were, I don't much care for bars or awkward small talk and I don't want to date anyone that isn't veg. Hence, I've turned to the internet...
