Child-Free 49 Year-Old Trilingual Leftist Gardener

I quest for a potential mate with: a healthy, vegetarian life of low-consumption (this excludes "shopping" as a way of life!) and attractive fitness; a quiet, balanced, fun, productive, organized, CHILD-FREE lifestyle; and a bright, internationally well-informed intellect. I'd like to meet a smart, vegetarian, unusual, attractive, emotionally stable, progressive, childless woman of depth with time and space in her life for another close friendship and possibly even a love relationship. Hey: I prefer not to eat with meat-eating friends and relatives, though I take pains to be discrete and non-confrontational about preferring a cruelty- and violence-free table! Also, it embarrasses me to be out in public with loud, provocative people who seem to demand the attention of all present; I like a low, quiet public profile. I teach Spanish (and formerly French) and do foreign study coordination at a small, private university east of Lima. I've now walked over 5,000 miles just to work and back in the past thirteen years. I use no airconditioning, microwave, cell phone, dishwasher, or clothes dryer; my lawn mower emits zero pollution, and I have composted for thirteen years. I consume little, thriving happily on a simple, peaceful lifestyle, complete with vegetarianism, gardening, lots of international / multilingual news, sky-watching, bread-baking and beer-brewing. Also enjoy maintaining antique British and German cars and foreign motorcycles, feeding birds daily, spoiling my rescued dogs and cats, and hangin' with a small number of trusted friends that I can respect for their (mostly) progressive values and lifestyles.
