My heart belongs to animals

I am a very quirky person. I am quiet at first and when I'm nervous. But once I feel comfortable I have a lot to say. I am vegan, which I feel makes me strong. I am a gay rights advocate. I like getting to know people and always see the positive sides of a person's personality before the negative.I like animals, because they ask for nothing and are always grateful for the nice things we do for them. One thing I will always want to do is help animals in any way I can. I worked at Farm Sanctuary for a year and a half and it is the reason I went vegan. My heart will always be there with those animals, I'm so thankful for that experience and the character it built for me. I moved to sac in November and currently work at a doggy daycare. I have a beautiful dog named Lia who I found on the road while I was driving to work.I am looking to meet other vegans in the area. I am not ready to rush in to anything serious but I would love to meet another vegan, hang out and see where it goes from there.
